.....putzing

over the weekend I managed to work on piece...but I was experimenting and 2nd guessing myself...this is why it seems as though I get nothing done. Rather than experimenting all the time I should consider just working in mediums I know...I would actually get something done...none the less....I did find an interesting way to work...vellum. If markers are only going to be the base...this is an interesting way to work. did an inked outline using my Faber-Castell Pitt Artist Pens, brush tip in a darkblue..I did it on the reverse thinking I was going to flip it and do the color on the other side, not to effect the ink...but markers [copics] were not very happy...very sticky and thick...but flipping it back and looking at them through the vellum [light blue] they look very solid...so colored with pencils on the inked side...low wax filler..none prismacolor, except white...it seems to look good..it is just backwards...guess that is what a computer is for...just sketch up a bg on bristol and tape it together and scan...hopefully have something up here soon..
