sketches sleeping and phone calls

I was told I should upload sketches or
are they called drawings when a model is not used?
...so here bees it...and I do sketch..draw..whatever...
in colored pencils...

I read somewhere, Draw! I believe,
that a good test of skill to to draw someone on the phone...eh..
another time I was told not to use my hands as referance because:
"Normal people can't bend their fingers that way.."...eh...
